Hi 

I made a pymt via my credit card to cover this months payment as the direct debit would be returned where can I see this has been received as a payment via direct debit has been made today but will be returned credit card pymt was made 31st October and showing pending on my card thanks

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
