I was outside london i want to pay my bill when i open my O2 account they said firstly pay your bill firstly i want to see how much bill and i want to pay from app but they give me access they sent me six digit code which is not coming because my sim is not working

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Consider setting up a direct debit to avoid future issues.
