Absolutely fuming- my service was suspended but my direct debit is to come out on 08.01!

Tried calling my family today just to find my services were suspended- the bill is NOT overdue as Direct Debit is to come out on 08 January! Customer services today are completely non existent! Automated service is useless. What the hell am I supposed to do ?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

 

You can also try 0800 902 0217 which is the payment management line who should be able to help.
