Tried calling my family today just to find my services were suspended- the bill is NOT overdue as Direct Debit is to come out on 08 January! Customer services today are completely non existent! Automated service is useless. What the hell am I suppose...
SIM card never arrived waited 6 days now and faulty number still flashing on and off faulty ‘no service’ what should I do? No live chat is available
