I just won’t to know why my bill comes out on the 1st but nothing start till the 17 th?

I just don’t understand why it say my bill to view ect on the 17 th but I pay my bill on the 1st it should all start up again on the first

Your allowances reset on your billing date which is 14 days before you have to pay it.

Well no because I pay my bill on the 1st so surely it should start then not the 17 th

It's the day your bill is generated, not when paid.

If bill is generated on the 17th, that's when allowances reset.

So that don’t make sense so I pay my bill the have to wait 17 days? Well surely if I pay my bill lot should all restart soon as my bill started.

You get a month to use your allowances from bill date to bill date.

So my bill date should be the 1st to the 1st as that when I pay my bill not the 17 th -17 th. not very happy how rude your being

I'm not being rude at all.......

As I said, your bill is generated on a specific date each month and it is due to be paid 2 weeks later.

The allowances reset on the bill date, not 2 weeks later when you pay it.

Ok, well I’ve been a o2 customer for 10 year and I will be calling o2 about my experience today not happy..
