@SARAHSTOLP Have you looked in your myo2 to see a breakdown of the charges? Your myo2 will tell you how much you have left to pay or you can call customer service. This is not O2 you are talking to here. Some guides to help you

@SARAHSTOLPYour bill is usually more than expected if you exceed your permitted allowances.
All this can be checked via My O2
People have problems when they sent SMS which convert to MMS see here

As for cancelling your contract, you will have to pay whats's owing for the remainder of the contract term. So that isn't the best (or cheapest option)
However, none of us here have access to your account so it's just guesswork on our part. Speak to someone in Customer services and they will be able to explain why your bill is higher than expected

Something to check too, if you're supposed to have a discount, it might be added separately in the bolt-ons section so do check there too in My O2.
