data no working on holiday

im on holiday in france and my data has stoped working, when it was working fine when i left home

it comes up with 3g with 3-4 bars and a loading circle but when i try and use data on it nothing works

 

i have checked that the data seting is on and data roaming seting

i have turn phone on and off

i checked i still have data 

 

this is the first time i have take this phone out side the uk i dont no if thats soming to do with it

also i didn't get a taxted to say welcome to france ever like i did on my old phone

What phone have you got?
Most likely is that international use isn’t enabled on your account so use live chat and ask them to enable it for you.

@dg07 Have you tried turning your phone on & off again? Data may have been throttled or slowed down

@dg07  You probably have the wrong data bolt on for an Iphone when abroad

Check your settings.  If you have idata.then try changing it to mobile.o2.co.uk

If this doesn't work then contact customer services or live chat

For what it's worth I think you should contact customer service on the free number to get your data bolt on checked. If you have an iPhone (I know we haven't been told) change your apn to mobile.o2.co.uk as a temporary fix until you get back to the UK.
