If it says Itunes or Google Play then you will need to speak to them to get a refund, and you will need to prove that you didnt sign up to anything.
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

It says iTunes but when I go on subscriptions I’ve never signed up to this

O2 will only pass on charges they have received from Apple
