Assuming you have a 5G SIM, test if you are getting 5G speeds: Guide: How can I sort out my network issues? has a link to the O2 speed tester, or you can download the O2 "My Network" app for your phone and test that way.
If it all checks out, then I'd say O2's coverage maps have not quite caught up with the rollout of 5G yet, @Gavin89. Sometimes the cards fall your way... 👍
