I have just bought an iphone 12 and was sent a 5g sim card and hence changed my deal (to a better one)
I sent the LOYALTY text to 21500 but on the reply it stated
"Sorry we can't add a Family Plan to xxxxxxx"
The 02 operator had reminded me to send the text to keep the family plan deal.

How many contracts do you have?
You can only get discount on additional contracts, not on the first or lead contract.
