2 contract phones, close 1

Hi , I had an additional phone contract put in my account for my partner. Now weve split im left with 2 contratcs (after 4 months of getting the phone). how do I get this back to 1 without incuring further costs?

The only way is for your ex to take over the payments.
In order to cancel, you will have to buy out the contract or buy the device if on a refresh tariff.

If the split is amicable your ex can just carry on making the payments if presumably payments are being taken from her account. You also need to be aware that you are liable for any defaults on that account too. The phone also belongs you too legally so if necessary you could take steps to retrieve it.

As said, the only answer to your question is to pay off the device plan and end the airtime by giving the required 30 days notice. It's not possible to change the account in to your ex's name so it will always be inked to your other account.
