Hello All,

If I select to return an order under the 14 days, how long once they accept the return do I have to actually send the device? I requested the return on 22nd June, but then next day sent away for work and not back until the 14th July. Dont know if I have a period of time after telling O2 I want to return the device and generating the return label and actually sending the device.

Cheers

You really need to speak to them

Or use the social media links

I would say it's in the lap of the gods if the post mark isn't within 14 days

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

@CorGre Make sure you keep any return receipts and make copies of any tracking until you get confirmation of the return.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
