Good Morning All,
I am a new customer on a monthly sim, which should mean I am automatically resistered, problem is I’am not, I can sign in to the my account, when the sign page opens I get some thing went wrong. Get in touch, try that after 40 minutes on hold lost the will to live.
how do you get in touch, without We are very busy message 24 /7
I only came to O2 on a Volt offer from Virgin.

Hi @ian2240 - We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone on the O2 side to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
In the meantime, try using Incognito mode in your browser, or try a different browser, to access your MyO2 - and log out of both Community and O2 websites first. Good luck!
