I would like to let the powers that be that their website does not let o2 refresh customers pay their tariff and phone plan. After paying my bill online manually i discovered that it put all funds towards the tariff, and i have been pestered 3 times today regarding an overdue payment for my phone plan. This needs to be addressed asap.
You should have the ability to pay both. At present you cannot pay funds towards you phone plan only the tariff which is annoying...

At the moment if you want to make a manual payment towards your phone plan, you should ring up on 202 from your O2 phone and they will take the card payment over the phone
I suspect 202 will also be able to sort out your current predicament and get the funds you have paid allocated to the correct account. You'll want to do this sooner rather than later as if O2 believe you have missed a payment on the phone plan they could report this against the loan on your credit file

Yes direct debit is the norm, but some people do like to pay early or more than the direct debit requires. For example; pay more off your phone plan. It would be nice to have this in place.
