Put some money on my wife's phone,money taken,but not registered on phone,who do I go to, o2 or the store that did it.

Hi @robbo57
Did you top up with a bundle. If so you wont see the credit as it is taken for allowances
https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/big-bundles
If it's a different tariff ie Classic then you need to contact customer services to ask whats happened

So either Classic or a legacy tariff which should show as credit. Good luck with the retailer because I'm guessing that isn't going to be straight forward.
