Looking for help with being charged for using data in Singapore.
I have the following bolt ones active on my account:
O2 travel inclusive zone
O2 travel (zone 2)
O2 international bolt on
My understanding is that I can use my plans data for free in any zone 2 destination.
I am being charged £6 per day and O2 are saying this is discounted for £7 per day due to my bolt ones but I was under the impression that having the travel zone 2 bolt on meant it was then included
Thank you

Should be free with travel inclusive ultimate, but not basic travel inclusive.

No, only on O2 Travel Inclusive Ultimate:
If you have the O2 Travel Inclusive Zone Ultimate Bolt On, you can roam here at no extra cost.
