problems topping up

Been trying for weeks to top up my pay as you go. Keep getting the message that my payment can't be processed and I should contact my bank. But I've tried several different cards including other people's so the problem isn't with the bank. Totally stuck. What can I do? I just want to get some credit on my phone.

Try a voucher. You can buy these from corner shops or Cash points. Anywhere which displays this logo

Thanks for the advice. I wasn't able to go to a shop as I'm Covid 'shielding' but bought a voucher on line and that was accepted. Just a bit miffed about having to pay £1.49 admin charge.
