Can't get a pac code. Texted and tried on my o2. Just says there is a issue with request. Can't speak to agent as never any available?

hi,

That is correct - perhaps the text service is down? Give customer services a call on 202 ( selecting thinking of leaving o2, as that will get you through to a person ) and get them to do it for you. slight_smile

How can I speak to agent online as it says to wait untill one is available . Over 20mins still nothing?
