I have tried now for three weeks to top up my mobile phone on pay as you go. Each time a message says "uable to take payment" There is no problem with the card as I use it all the time. They keep telling me to top up but some how the system does not work. I have spoken to several people on the phone and on my landline but to no avail. Each time I am assured that it has been sorted. AL
