Can i purchase a new phone with the credit i have on my old phone. Thank You. And if so how do i go about it.

Hi @Anonymous If you are talking about O2 Rewards, then you can put your credit towards the purchase of a new phone http://www.o2.co.uk/shop/paygotopup/10backontopups

"Remember you can save your rewards and choose how you use them. Get money off gig tickets, a new mobile, High Street vouchers, or extra airtime credit"

You will need to contact customer services on 4445 to ask for information regarding using your credit for this purpose.

The only way to convert credit into something more tangible is to upgrade to a monthly contract.
If you do that, upto £350 can be transferred to your new contract which can be used to pay bills.
