@Anonymous You need to speak to Customer Service to get your PAC. Please remove your phone number. This is a public forum that can be viewed by anyone, and you leave yourself open to spam by publishing your number. In the right hand corner of your post, click on Options, then Edit reply.

If you have had the phone over 12 months then you need to get it unlocked by them or you can't use it on another network. Just a help link. Dont feel obliged to read it....
