Hi all
I have recently moved to another network but I can't find a way of cancelling the rolling plan, when I log in to my 02 no plan show up in there and after speaking to x3 people I had one of them tell me there is nothing he can do to help me cancel the rolling plan as I no longer have the sim card.
So am I meant to simply call my bank to cancel any future charges and leave it at that?

Easiest way is to cancel with your bank.
