getting my PAC

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have been on my landline to 0344 8090 222 for 30 plus  minutes now, trying to get my PAC to leave O2, since the mobile reception in my East  Sussex village is so poor that I cannot get through on my 02 mobile number.  While waiting for someone to respond, I am being subjected to the most awful playlist - I guess as  a form of punishment for trying to escape.  Help, help, help.......Is this legal?

@Anonymous Please see the link above. By the way, I believe you've been calling the wrong number. The last three digits should be 202.Smiley Frustrated

That's the PAYG number to call from a landline (0344 8090 222) if so, it is unfortunately, the only way to get a PAYG PAC, so try calling early morning around 8.00 - 8.30 am.

You can also use 07860 980 202 from another mobile,
