Ordered Phone but there has been no confirmation and it is suppose to arrive tomorrow morning!

I have orderd the oneplus 5t and made and 02 account, it said that the phone will arrrive from 8-10am the 2nd of January.

I have had an email saying I have made an account and have verified my email however I have not recived a confirmation of the order nore have I had a dispatch notice, also I have looked on my account and it says, "You don't have any products or services in this My O2 account" what I find very worrying as the money has been taken from my bank as I have checked mutiple times online.

Please help me out!

also forgot to point out I have no thank you for your order email even though the money has been taken not sure if this is normal but im looking for a soloution and a few are saying they got a thank you for your order notice.

You need to speak to O2 as we are just customers.
No dispatch email means no phone has left O2 yet on way to you and in all likelihood it's out of stock.

Until you receive the tracking email it won't have been dispatched.

I'd venture to say it's more than just possible that the phone is out of stock. @Anonymous you need to contact Customer Service, as suggested.
