I have orderd the oneplus 5t and made and 02 account, it said that the phone will arrrive from 8-10am the 2nd of January.
I have had an email saying I have made an account and have verified my email however I have not recived a confirmation of the order nore have I had a dispatch notice, also I have looked on my account and it says, "You don't have any products or services in this My O2 account" what I find very worrying as the money has been taken from my bank as I have checked mutiple times online.
Please help me out!

also forgot to point out I have no thank you for your order email even though the money has been taken not sure if this is normal but im looking for a soloution and a few are saying they got a thank you for your order notice.

Until you receive the tracking email it won't have been dispatched.
