I paid £10 by debit card yesterday and had a positive response on line but my phone only shows £0 credit. Please what has happened?

@AnonymousWhat tarifff are you on?. If a big bundle it will take your money and you can then use allowances

Hi @Anonymous is this your first top up? If so you need to top up via a voucher the first time. Contact pay as you go customer service & they may be able to refund you & sort it. Please remove your phone number as this is a public community forum & anyone could see it
