Hello,

would someone please help me or point me to the correct direction on changing my tariff to PAYG Classic from standard tariff?

I have an activated O2 PAYG classic sim card.

Thanks

@SKIDI

Unfortunately we know ports are taking a long time just lately.

All we can advise is to keep chasing O2.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Here im again, O2 has ported me in after few attempts, in terms of I have o2 services on my number only for inbound calls & sms however o2 systems are not recognising my number as one of the their's number therefore unable to top-up.

O2 systems thinks that my number is ported-out! such a mess, thank you for all yours time & help though which is far more helpful than the o2 customer services.

Regards

Thanks for the detailed guide @pgn, unfortunately none of the options are viable for me as O2 systems is not recognising my number on o2 network, event though i can receive inbound calls and sms (even verification codes from o2 comes to the phone) however

when dialled 4444 (top up line) - systems doesn't recognised the number

via myo2 (online) - unable to log on "contact us(o2)" message is what i recieve.

No option then other than to contact O2 again, @SKIDI - you know the numbers and Social Media channels by now, looking back up this thread.

Good luck!
