change my big bundle

hello, I used to have the £20 big bundle and I would like to change it this month for the  £10 big bundle, and I tried many times in my account but I can't, there is a message saying that is not possible at the moment and I already add  £10 to my account (in total I have £14.50), and I don't know what else I should do.

If you're already on Pay As You Go, text the following free to 21300:

Big Bundles

• BIGBUNDLE5 for the £5 tariff
• 10DATABB for the £10 tariff
• 15DATABB for the £15 tariff
• 20DATABB for the £20 tariff
• 30DATABB for the £30 tariff
