Problem with Big Bundle Pay as You Go Plan

Hello,

 

I'm a new O2 customer, and I got the £15 big bundle plan which is promoted as coming with 60GB of data instead of 20GB. However, after I put a £15 credit in my account, I have 20GB of data, not 60GB. Did I miss a step in the activation of my card? 

 

Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Hi, thanks for the reply. I just tried to add my extra data as a bolt-on but I cannot view a free bolt-on for that. It says I have to pay the  extra data.
