Did anyone come across any problem? The card number entered is not an accepted card type. I tested different types of cards, and all failed. Usually I should wait for a few days, and the problem will be sorted out automatically..........

I'm in New Zealand and cannot contact customer services as I do not have a landline. My sim is giving me a message saying SIM not provisioned I cannot get a reset code as the only other number is a New Zealand Mobile number on 2 degrees
