I changed from £15 big bundle to £10 big bundle - I pay by auto top up and £15 is still being taken from my bank account instead of £10. Don't see option to change top up amount in My o2 - tried phoning but person I spoke to couldn't understand what my problem was. How do I change auto top up amount or cancel it altogether?
