Your website isn't working for top up payments

I am trying to top up my monthly amount from my computer.  I cannot download your app from my iphone as it doesn't show up.  

 

However, when I get to the page to input my bank information it clicks over to another page and says its not working.  If its not working, how can I top up?

It sounds like your phone is not set to UK and maybe neither is your bank UK based?
