Hi, I just got a PAYG SIM in my iPhone 7 (latest IOS update) and have topped it up with 10 quid, it's all working apart from no Visual Voicmail, how do I enable this please?

I don't believe it works on PAYG.
It's only for contracts.

I did a chat with them yesterday before buying the PAYG SIM and they told me it's for PAYG as well

I'm sure someone else will confirm or deny, but I don't believe it is.
At least it never was so if it now does work, it's something new.
I also wouldn't believe live chat at all.

I don't believe live chat now thanks, they just wasted my time driving to go and get a PAYG sim and set it up/top it up for nothing . .
