We bought Mum in Law a Doro phone. Although we said to use it, she hasn't since September. Subsequently the SIM is rendered invalid. Is it just a case of getting a new one?  (I thought I had registered it under my account but couldn't find it but may have done so using a different e.mail but can't access that account! )  Thanks for any help.

Hi @Fishy
Just order a new one from here https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards/pay-as-you-go or pop into your local o2

@Fishy Did you ever put any credit on the sim? If you did the credit should still be valid.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Thanks for replies. Think we'll need to visit a shop to get a new one. We did put credit on but can't check as phone can only be used for emergency calls. Thanks again.

Take the old sim with you and if there's any credit on it they should be able to either activate it or transfer the credit to a new one.
