Hello, I have Iphone 5s, however once I switch my wifi hot spot on/off my I.P still stay the same. My friend has Iphone 6 and contract and for him ir changes everytime he turns hotspot on/off. I wonder could I make somehow my I.P change as my friend is capable to ? Thank You in advance people.

The transmitted ip address cannot be changed by the user.
What are you trying to do exactly that requires this?

I am doing some online gaming with multiple account so that they cannot know that it is me the same person basilly. I just wonder why my phone has static I.P? It is pay as you go faults or my phones or what?

It's network controlled as far as I know.
