Hi everyone, I recently joined o2 on PAYG and purchased a £10 data bundle. For reasons I wont bore you with I have ended up with £4.90 credit in my account. Do any of you know how I can add £5.10 to my account to purchase my next £10 data bundle as I can only see an option to add £10, £15, £20, £25 which means I will never be able to use the £4.90.

Hi @crunchy

You can't add £5.10p to your account. Big Bundles are paid for and used as virtual credit towards your allowances.

More info on Big Bundles here

If you want to discuss this further (as we have no access to your account) then give customer services a call

You can use the £4.90 over a period of time to pay for anything that isn't included in your allowances.
MMS messages, charge to mobile, text voting to name a few.

Thanks for the quick replies, I shall leave things as they are and use it as a cushion for any unexpected charges as suggested.
