Unable to change tariff on pay as you go

My daughter is on pay as you go but currently on the £10 bundle tariff, I have tried the last three days to change her to the £15 one but this is not letting me do that, she is currently abroad on a school trip and I have topped up her phone but the money is just disappearing. Any ideas?

The tariff won't change until the anniversary date.

You will need to call O2 to change it sooner.
