Hi,
Since activating a new sim, verification/activation codes sent by Paypal are not being received, leaving me unable to activate the new number on the Paypal website. The only advice offered by Paypal is to contact the phone provider as they may be filtering some messages. Texts from other sources are getting through okay, any advice appreciated.

In this case, the problem is known to O2, so I think not - but that is a valid check to add to the "SMS Not sent or Received Guide", I think, @pa1189 - thank you!
