Trying to get a pac code

Been try to get a pac code to keep old number as moving to Vodafone o2 customer service is the worsted I have ever seen that hang up on you ond told me that a I have to wait for 10 to 15mins for a management to phone me but nothing as happened I have phone back and started to explain to them and put phone down on me again I would no recommend to anyone else to get o2 as the worse network and customer services going
