Solved: Topped up twice by mistake

I've accidentally topped up twice, how do I go about getting a refund? The live chat isn't available at the moment

Auto top up always tops up when you fir8set it up.

It's to confirm your details are correct.

O2 don't give refunds on top ups but it will stay on your account as credit to be used next month or for making out of bundle calls.
