I have topped up £20 and it won’t let me restart my rolling plan. I now have £20 in the balance can you help please?

You can't renew a rolling plan by topping up manually.

It has to come from your registered card as in the T&C's.

You need to switch to a big bundle if you wish to use your credit to renew.
