Top up - Big Bundle £30 (but from abroad)

Hi Team

I topped up last month by £30 in order to get Big Bundle V2 or soemthing similar, allowing me to have free roaming in Europe.

currently in Europe and trying to load £30 to my account so that it will auto-top up tomorrow and it won’t let us use any of our cards.

can anyone shed any light?

PAYG happens that way at times, web-topup should still work with a UK bank's card though. More here on options open to you, @Ch90
