I am looking for a new phone and have found that Samsung S20 FE can be purchased outright on a Pay as you Go Basis.  Can I ask whether I will be able to use WiFi calling on it?  My current account is with O2 but my phone is several years old and doesn't have this facility. 

 

Obviously we have Broadband at our home but unfortunately no mobile signal.

Yes. It will work with O2 WiFi Calling and also Voice over 4G

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

No sorry.

Wifi calling isn't available on PAYG.

You need a monthly contract sim for it to work.

As @MI5 Says but I was under the impression you wanted to use it on another SIM you have on account with O2

I have a Moto g31 purchased from o2 shop bought as a pay as you go with o2 firmware. I believe it's essentle to get the phone from o2. I have a sim only contract. Again essentle. Didn't do WiFi or 4g calling until last week. Must have been an over air firmware update. Now it does have WiFi calling ect. Nice settings to mess with.
