@Gratters On Friday we were told by management...
Some of the older tariff’s ( Pre 2018) are being closed down, This is to offer a more streamlined range of tariff’s and products, now and in the future. Customer's should have had an Email or had a letter sent 30 days prior to the change happening. From the information we have at the moment, this is Pay Monthly customers only - so Big Bundles should not be affected, however SIM Only plans will be affected and only contracts which are out of contract. With regards to some people advising they are paying more for less, they can speak to our upgrades team to see if there are any other plans which would suit them better.
