Simcard blocked

 Dear O2

 

I've had serious problems with the signal since today shows me Technical problems and Simcard Blocked. My cell phone is a Blackberry Q5 OS 10 put out Simcard turn off the cell phone then it works and finally all the time it's blocked

 

I hope you can help me asap. Greetings

Sorry for your problems. So you need to carry 2 phones or get one dual sim phone.

Confirmed. I work in Newham and that coverage is dead. This morning was to WhiteChapel and the city, the same! But Wimbledon works perfectly. Thanks for your time 👍

giffgaff won't help you mate as it uses the same O2 network.
Try EE or Three networks.
