Simcard blocked

 Dear O2

 

I've had serious problems with the signal since today shows me Technical problems and Simcard Blocked. My cell phone is a Blackberry Q5 OS 10 put out Simcard turn off the cell phone then it works and finally all the time it's blocked

 

I hope you can help me asap. Greetings

Hey! Yes I am! It's very weird I live in Wimbledom and the sign works then when I go to work to Newham it doesn't works, only emergency callings. A crazyness

@Javi41 you may need a new sim. You can order one online or pop into your local O2 shop and they will replace it. Another thing to check is if you have mast problems in your area?https://status.o2.co.uk

Unfortunately all networks have blackspots.
Maybe try PAYG sim cards from the other networks to see which one gives you the best coverage?

Hey

 

I went to the store what is near Wimbledon station where bought Simcard and noticed very indifference they only told: you have to buy a new telephone and me? Yes I have but in another company because I just got a job! It works only in Wimbledon and other areas doesn't ...truly disaster!
