If you call customer service they will send you a replacement SIM card.

@daivux  there is a number to call from abroad using a landline or use live chat or complete the webform in the link about Lost and Stolen.

You wont get a replacement handset whilst abroad though.

However you MUST report it lost /stolen

All methods are described on the link I gave but the sim will have to be sent to a uk address and be forwarded on by a family member or friend.

@MI5I think the op said he lost his phone with PAYG sim in..... I thought he was looking for a replacement for both?

No one is going to send a new phone though.

I know, In my post above, I said they wouldn't get a replacement handset whilst abroad.

Bit of a nightmare for the OP, but they're never going to get a phone and sim sent to them abroad.
