I'm trying to swap my sim and going out of my mind, it's a replacement sim, I can't text swap due to no network and when doing it through manage account swap sim it says that they txt me it won't let me enter my O2 details???......

Then you need to call O2 or pop instore if one close by.

You need to send the first text from your old sim

It's a replacement sim for a lost phone...... So I can't send it anymore suggestions... Thanks though

@Js11 If you call into an O2 store make sure to bring identification with you.

Vital missing info from your first post there @Js11 

Calling O2 from a landline is your only option as bars will need lifting from your account.
