I can not find in my O2 account my usage history. I am especially interested in SMS sent out, as I suspect a mobile app sending out SMS automatically without my content? How can I find out the number of SMS sent out and preferably even the contents of them?

Are you able to check in your phone's message log?
We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from the forum.

If you download your bill in pdf and scroll down to near the end you will find everything itemised including date, time and number of your SMS messages.

Mine doesn't show the date or time of my text messages. It does show the phone numbers I sent to and how many I sent to that number within the billing cycle but nothing else.
The op was also asking for the content if possible and that will never be shown.
