I was meant to be getting a call from a manager. The agent told me he'd raised a complaint for me (I didn't even have a complaint at the time but now I do). I've not had the call back, my charges haven't been paused, it looks like I've been charged a penalty, I tried to all, was waiting for ove 1 hour and twenty minutes then it hung up. I need a manager to call me
