I am new to o2. With regard to Rolling Plans and or Big Bundles, can I upgrade or downgrade at anytime, and what's the procedure. Thanks

Thanks for that. The only question not answered from o2's info page, is whether one can use the full data when abroad (EU), say If I choose a 10GB plan, or if it's capped.

No limits on PAYG EU roaming.

You just use your allowances as you do at home Free EU Data Roaming Abroad | O2
